Please note that the minimum order value is £10. We accept orders from within the UK only.

 

Prices

Prices displayed upon this web site are inclusive of VAT and reflect the current price at the time of going to press. We maintain our system to ensure that any price changes are reflected as soon as possible. VAT will be applied to all orders delivered within the European Union.

 

Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel orders within seven days of purchase or seven days of delivery (whichever is longer). In the event of cancellation, payment will be returned less delivery costs. Please note that refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

 

Shipping Rates

Delivery costs are £4.50 for all orders despatched to the UK.

 

Using our shopping cart

To add products to your cart click on the buy button next to the product price. This will add 1 item to you list. Once items are in your cart you can change the order quanity as desired. To remove a product from your cart set the quantity to zero. When changing quantities you must press the 'update' button to store the new quantities. Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to the checkout where you provide your contact and delivery details. At this stage you will also be presented with payment and delivery options based upon your geographical location. Products that feature the text 'call' instead of a 'buy' button require special shipping arrangements. Please contact us by e-mail or phone to arrange to purchase these items.
